DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and availability may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed estimates.

WHAT CURRENCY IS YOUR STORE IN?

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD) by default. Your bank or card provider may apply conversion fees if you're purchasing from another country.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following payment methods:

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AS A GIFT WITHOUT INCLUDING A RECEIPT?

We do not include printed invoices or receipts in the package. All order details are sent to the email provided at checkout, making our shipments gift-friendly by default.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES ON ONE ORDER?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery times depend on your location. Most orders arrive within 4–12 business days. For region-specific estimates, see our Shipping Policy. Customs inspections or courier delays may extend delivery times.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track the shipment via the courier’s website. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately.

WHAT IF I MISS A DELIVERY ATTEMPT?

If the courier cannot deliver your package, they will leave a note and attempt redelivery. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier first to file a claim. Then email us at support@profilatools.com. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll assist you in filing a claim and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components. Return shipping is free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees. Contact us at return@profilatools.com to begin the process.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours by emailing return@profilatools.com. Please include photos or videos clearly showing the damage and packaging. Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for compensation.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, all tools are backed by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If an issue arises within 30 days of delivery, we’ll repair, replace, or offer store credit, depending on the nature of the defect. To start a claim, contact support@profilatools.com.

WHAT IS A FINAL SALE ITEM?

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. However, after that, the order may already have been processed or shipped, and changes may no longer be possible.

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add or remove items once your order has been placed. Please double-check your cart before completing checkout.

WILL I PAY ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT TAXES?

For most countries, customs duties or taxes are rare, but may occasionally apply depending on your local regulations. Profila Tools is not responsible for any additional import charges incurred upon delivery.

DO YOU OFFER INSTRUCTIONS OR VIDEO GUIDES FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Some products include instructional manuals or video links. If you need help using a product, feel free to contact us at support@profilatools.com, and we'll provide any available documentation.
