Return & Cancellation

Return and Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, in original condition, and complete with all parts and accessories.

Cancellations & Damaged Items

Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.

At PROFILA TOOLS, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50.For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $24.95 applies.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your shipping destination:

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Stolen Packages

Split Shipments
