Limited 12-Month Warranty
At Profila Tools, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
What Is Covered?
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or product failures under normal use conditions. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Accidental damage
How to Claim Your Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@profilatools.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the product.
Resolution Process
Once we review your claim, we will provide instructions for returning the product if necessary. Approved warranty claims will be resolved with a repair, replacement, or store credit.
