Warranty Policy
At Profila Tools Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our products. All items purchased from our store are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date the product is marked as delivered.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use. If a qualifying issue arises within 30 days of delivery, we will either repair the item, replace it, or issue store credit at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to the following:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear (including scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic damage)
- Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repair attempts
- Accidental or intentional damage
- Claims submitted after the 30-day warranty period
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, please email us at support@profilatools.com and include the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect and the product’s condition
Claim Processing Time
Warranty claims are reviewed and responded to within 2–4 business days of submission. If a return is required, we will provide clear instructions on how to proceed.
Resolution Options
Approved claims will be resolved in one of the following ways, depending on product availability and the nature of the defect:
- Repair of the original item
- Replacement with the same or a comparable item
- Store credit equal to the purchase value (if replacement is not available)
Important Notes
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Profila Tools Ltd. and does not extend to any third-party resellers or unauthorized platforms. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Governing Law
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. By submitting a warranty claim, you agree to resolve any disputes in accordance with these laws.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Profila Tools Ltd. No other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, apply.
