Return and Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, in original condition, and complete with all parts and accessories.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We cover return shipping costs only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Cancellations & Damaged Items
Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos of both the product and its packaging. Claims submitted after 72 hours, or damage caused by misuse, may not be eligible for a refund.

At PROFILA TOOLS LLC, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50.For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $24.95 applies.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your shipping destination:

- Canada: 4–10 business days
- Australia: 6–14 business days
- New Zealand: 8–14 business days
- Great Britain: 6–12 business days

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, it may cause delays or failed deliveries. If we detect an issue with your address, we will attempt to contact you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
We do not issue refunds for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to an address error, a $15 reshipping or return fee may apply.

Delayed Deliveries
We strive to deliver all orders promptly. However, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other external factors. If a significant delay occurs before your order is dispatched, we will notify you by email.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Then notify us at support@profilatools.com. Although PROFILA TOOLS LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we may assist you in filing a claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement.
Split Shipments
To minimize delivery time, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking number and estimated delivery time.
