Sized to fit comfortably in one hand at 95 × 58 mm (3.74 × 2.28 in) and weighing just 100 g, they're built for tile setters, glass fabricators, stone processors, and DIYers tackling small repair and finishing jobs.

Each pad is coated with a genuine diamond abrasive layer bonded to a flexible, vibration-absorbing grip — making these clog-resistant diamond sanding pads a reliable choice even on soft or gummy materials. You get fast, even material removal with the kind of control a rigid tool simply can't offer.

These diamond sanding pads come in a 4-step grit progression, each built for a specific stage of the job: 60 grit for heavy deburring, aggressive edge shaping, and cut-line correction; 100 grit for intermediate grinding and smoothing rough chip-outs; 200 grit for scratch removal and refined edge smoothing; and 400 grit for a satin hone, easing sharp corners, and prepping the surface for sealers. They're rated for glass, ceramic tile, marble, and natural stone.

Not sure whether to reach for mesh vs electroplated diamond pads? Available in two bond types to match your job: mesh diamond pads use an open, screen-like structure that lets water and debris flow through freely, making them ideal for wet grinding and resistant to clogging on gummier materials like glass. Sand (electroplated) diamond pads bond diamond particles directly to a solid backing for a smoother, more consistent cut — well suited to dry work and fine finishing passes. Both are available across the full 60–400 grit range, so you can build a set matched to your typical job mix.

How to Use Diamond Hand Polishing Pads

• Pick your type and grit — choose mesh for wet grinding or gummier materials, or sand (electroplated) for dry work and a smoother finish, then start with 60 grit for heavy deburring, aggressive edge shaping, or cut-line correction.
• Work the edge — hold the pad flat against the surface and move it in smooth, even strokes, letting the flexible grip follow the contour.
• Step up the grits — move to 100 for intermediate grinding and smoothing rough chip-outs, then 200 for scratch removal and refined edge smoothing, then 400 for a satin hone that preps the surface for sealers.
• Rinse and reuse — rinse the pad under water to clear debris and prevent clogging; pads are reusable across multiple jobs.
• Finish clean — the 400-grit pad leaves a smooth, chip-free edge ready for sealing, installation, or final polishing with a finer pad or compound.

Order Processing Time

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy

Lost or Stolen Packages

Split Shipments
