Shipping Policy

At Profila Tools, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50.For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $24.95 applies.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your shipping destination:

• 🇺🇸 United States: 4–12 business days
• 🇨🇦 Canada: 4–10 business days
• 🇦🇺 Australia: 6–14 business days
• 🇳🇿 New Zealand: 8–14 business days
• 🇬🇧 Great Britain: 6–12 business days
• 🇪🇺 EU Countries: 4–10 business days
• 🌍 Rest of the World: 20–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier disruptions beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, it may cause delays or failed deliveries. If we detect an issue with your address, we will attempt to contact you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We do not issue refunds for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to an address error, a $15 reshipping or return fee may apply.

Changing the Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at support@profilatools.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this window.

Delayed Deliveries

We strive to deliver all orders promptly. However, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other external factors. If a significant delay occurs before your order is dispatched, we will notify you by email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Then notify us at support@profilatools.com. Although Profila Tools Ltd. is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we may assist you in filing a claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement.

Split Shipments

To minimize delivery time, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking number and estimated delivery time.

Governing Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. By placing an order, you agree to resolve any shipping-related disputes in accordance with these laws.

Warranty Policy

At Profila Tools Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our products. All items purchased from our store are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date the product is marked as delivered.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use. If a qualifying issue arises within 30 days of delivery, we will either repair the item, replace it, or issue store credit at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to the following:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear (including scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic damage)
• Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repair attempts
• Accidental or intentional damage
• Claims submitted after the 30-day warranty period

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, please email us at support@profilatools.com and include the following:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos clearly showing the defect and the product’s condition

Claim Processing Time

Warranty claims are reviewed and responded to within 2–4 business days of submission. If a return is required, we will provide clear instructions on how to proceed.

Resolution Options

Approved claims will be resolved in one of the following ways, depending on product availability and the nature of the defect:

• Repair of the original item
• Replacement with the same or a comparable item
• Store credit equal to the purchase value (if replacement is not available)

Important Notes

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Profila Tools Ltd. and does not extend to any third-party resellers or unauthorized platforms. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
