Order Processing Times
Please allow us 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered dispatched when handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit. Processing may take up to 7 business days during peak periods and holidays.

During peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Unexpected customs inspections can also increase delivery time.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect information may delay processing or result in order cancellation. If your address is incorrect, our support team will contact you within 3 business days. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not receive a response within this timeframe.
We do not refund items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to a wrong address, a $15 reshipping or return fee may apply.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, email us at support@profilatools.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.
Delayed Delivery
We aim for timely deliveries but are not responsible for delays beyond our control. These may include courier issues related to weather, transportation problems, product availability, address verification issues, or payment processing delays. We may notify you if any significant delays occur prior to dispatch.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at support@profilatools.com. We recommend contacting the courier to file a claim. We will assist in following up with the courier on your behalf. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement.
Separate Shipments
Multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. Some items in your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Your shipping confirmation emails will provide estimated delivery times for each item.

At Profila Tools, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. We offer a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues under normal use conditions within 30 days of delivery. If a qualifying issue arises, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:
